Return & Refund Policy – Bismillah Collection

At Bismillah Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be in original packaging with all tags
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 3 days.

3. Refund Process & Timing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Bank/payment provider processing may take additional 2–5 business days

4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size
Defective product
Wrong item received

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send photos/videos of the issue
We will offer replacement, exchange, or full refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used products
Customized/personalized items
Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Items damaged after delivery

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, return shipping may be deducted from the refund (if applicable)
